Project Lead Supervisor

Location: Hybrid / UK Wide

Salary: £55,000 per annum + overtime (Mon–Fri role, with additional pay for weekends/nights/working away)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Lead Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in electrical installation and project supervision who is looking to take on a rewarding role with career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Supervise and manage small project teams, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard.
• Oversee electrical installation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Read, interpret, and work from electrical drawings.
• Support the delivery of projects on time, within scope, and to budget.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide progress reports.

• Work flexibly as required, including evenings, weekends, or working away when necessary.

 

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in electrical installation.
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of instrumentation and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the confidence to lead small teams.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable.

 

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Willingness to complete IOSH Managing Safely training (provided).
• BS2391 – Inspection & Testing qualification (advantageous but not essential).

• Commitment to ongoing professional development, with training and further education supported by the company.

 

Employment Package

• Salary: £55,000 per annum.
• Overtime: Paid at enhanced rates for weekends, nights, and working away.
• Holidays: 28 days per year (including bank holidays).
