We are back at a valued customer to start the upgrade of another one of their dated machines. Our team have been on site over the past 2 months completing the upgrades to the first machine of two which includes , de commission, new containment and cabling , new control panels , Drive panel
Upgrades and commissioning.

We have our team onsite removing old Nidec
drives and EMC filters then replacing them with the latest version. We have prebuilt and prewired the Siemens ET200 remote I/O for all the onsite machine panels saving time while onsite, we have built all new panels at our full equipped panel shop along with all
Control panels required for new electrical system. This is the first part of the upgrade and a return visit will be once the heavy mechanical team have removed the existing and replaced with the new machine when we will be installing new containment, cabling and sensors all over the machine which has a footprint of over 40m diameter.

Once this is complete our Automation team will be working with the customer to commission the system and ensure correct operation all within the project timeframe.
