It’s great to have the support of our sister company, Innovative Electrical Supplies, once again on another local project.
Following several weeks of planning and coordination, preparations are now well underway ahead of the project start date. Careful consideration has been given to material requirements, installation sequencing, access arrangements and programme timelines to ensure the works can commence efficiently and safely from day one.
Several van loads of materials and equipment have already been transported to site as part of the mobilisation phase. This includes 600mm ladder, Unistrut and bracketry, along with battery-operated crimpers and cutters that will be used during the installation of 500mm cable. Having the correct equipment available from the outset is essential for maintaining productivity and delivering the project to schedule.
The planning process has involved close collaboration between our project management, procurement and installation teams, ensuring that all materials, plant and labour requirements have been identified and coordinated in advance. By investing time in thorough preparation, we can minimise delays, improve efficiency on site and maintain the high standards of safety and workmanship expected throughout the project.
